About

My name is Jeff Hudecek and I was born in 1986 in northern Virginia, pretty specifically in the middle of Sarah Palin’s “fake” Virginia. I’m a byproduct of a loving family; I believe 6th generation American on my mother’s side, 3rd on my fathers. My heritage is Czech, Polish, Lithuanian, German, English, and Irish, making me thoroughly “white”. I’m a middle child, and I walk up stairs two at a time.

I enjoy many things, particularly wide open spaces. I wear khaki pants a lot, a fashion choice which earns me plenty of humorous jabs from friends and coworkers (in good fun, of course). I’m an optimist. I’m fascinated by political discourse. I like history, but haven’t been learning enough of it lately. I write, read, bike, and draw with both pencil and tablet. I listen to Swedish death metal, which is a great conversation starter. I love movies, and am debating whether I should’ve written “film” instead to sound more “Emerson”. I’m not, nor will I ever likely be, too old to enjoy video games. I love animation; and I currently live in Boston.
